Marketing Center

This is a marketing center that brokers use to lease spaces in the building and for other projects. Our team took out the ceilings to make part of the space open-ceiling and part drop-ceiling. We installed timed and sensor lighting to help the building save energy and cut back on electricity cost. We also installed a variety of floorings including LVT flooring, ceramic tile, concrete, and sealed concrete. Our client made several changes throughout the project and we successfully navigated these changes to keep the project on schedule.
