Our team completed eight floors of core restroom renovations while tenants were still working in the building. We met with the client to come up with a schedule that phased the work on different floors in order to accommodate the client with as little disruption as possible.
A challenge of this project was a very long lead time on the tile selected by the client, which was manufactured overseas. Our team went the extra mile to research a comparable tile with a shorter lead time, allowing us to complete the work in a more timely fashion.
