Our team completed demolition work for the entire fourth floor and part of the second floor. We constructed 44 exam rooms, 5 restrooms, 4 patient waiting areas, 2 nurse stations, reception areas and new Pediatric and OBGYN facilities. One of our challenges was a very complex plumbing system, which we successfully installed thanks to constructive collaboration with the design team and the owner’s representative.
