This speculative suite features open ceilings, polished concrete floors, and a pantry island with a waterfall-edge stone countertop. Our team installed sliding RACO glass doors and came up with a creative way to level them with the concrete floor. Due to conflicts in the concrete slab, a traditional floor outlet in the conference room could not be installed, so our team installed new under-carpet wiring solutions, which were just released from our supplier.
