The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Maryland/DC Chapter honored a Martone Construction project with their 2014 Best Interiors Medical/Healthcare Tenant Space Over 10,000 SF Award of Excellence. The project, Medstar Health Georgetown Pediatrics & OBGYN Suite, was a partnership between Martone Construction, VOA Architects, BMS Realty, and Georgetown University Hospital. The project included demolition of two floors of office space and construction of 44 exam rooms, 5 restrooms, 4 patient waiting areas, 2 nurse stations, and reception areas.
